Walkways and the top of the rack:

Clear walkways means that you and your employees are protected from tripping hazards. You are also protected against the dangers of falling products from, potentially, high places. They are sturdy and they can stack on top of each other to reach the top of your rack. They can even go above your rack, if necessary, with a kit that allows that kind of action. Pallet Back Guard Offset Clips

These offset clips allow your pallets to overhang the pallet rack beam. There are two choices for this if that is something that you are interested in having.

Available Options:

• 1 5/8″ to 3 1/4″
• 4 3/8″ to 6″

Both offset clips attach the wire mesh back guard panel to your pallet rack frame – the only difference is how far they hold the panel off the rack:

• The small offset clip holds the panel about 1 5/8″ to 3 1/4″ away from the rack.
• The large offset clip holds the panel about 4 3/8″ to 6″ away from the rack.

Choose the size based on how much clearance you need between the back of your pallet loads and the mesh back guard.

What do the offset ranges (1 5/8″–3 1/4″ and 4 3/8″–6″) mean?

These numbers are the distance from the front face of your upright to the wire mesh back guard panel.

• Small offset clips work for installations where the panel needs to sit between 1 5/8″ and 3 1/4″ away from the rack.
• Large offset clips work where the panel needs to sit between 4 3/8″ and 6″ away from the rack.

Measure how far your pallets or loads extend past the beams and choose the clip whose range covers that distance.

!Note: Offset clips are not included with the back guard panels. Each panel requires 4 clips (one 4-pack), sold separately. Please add the appropriate offset clips to your cart for each panel.
