RS Conveyors offer a range of belt conveyors suitable for the packaging industry constructed in either mild steel (epoxy powder coated) or Food Grade stainless steel.
The range includes;

all of which are manufactured to the highest standards of quality and safety.
All of our conveyors come complete with IP65 D.O.L. starter or in a panel sealed to IP66 housing all the relevant control and safety equipment.
Belt widths are available from 250mm in 50mm increments and are available in more than 100 different types from flat pvc to profile and PTFE mesh.
Drive types include; Interroll Joki Drum, shaft mounted geared motor and underslung chain driven (fully guarded).
Supply options include; 415v 3phase 50hz, 240v single phase 50hz and 24v d.c.
Speed ranges are avialable in fixed and variable formats from 100mm/min. to 100m/min.
Accessories are available for all of our belt conveyor models including; control options, panels and pneumatics. (see accessories page).
