What Are Pallet Straps?
Pallet safety straps are designed to secure palletized goods, preventing load shifts, falls, or accidents during transport, handling, or storage.
Pallet straps are made of 2″ polyester and elastic for long-term use. Teardrop connection to a pallet rack compatible.

Is Polyester Enough for 2400 lbs Break Strength?
Yes, polyester is generally sufficient for 2400 lbs burst strength in pallet safety straps, due to its excellent durability, high tensile strength, and resistance to stretching under tension. But for better shock absorption, improved grid and better installation there is elastic in standard pallet strap items. Our pallet strapping kit is appliable with heavy duty pallets. Unlike polypropylene banding, our elastic straps for pallets are reusable.

Can I get any of these and have them work? What if I buy a longer one if I think I am going to get a bigger pallet rack in the future? Can I just use the longer one in my smaller rack for now?
Unfortunately, no. The safety straps below work specifically with the lengths listed. We do not recommend mix-and-matching straps for differing sizes of pallet racks, as this can compromise their effectiveness and safety.
