Garrison’s operates two furniture showrooms, an outlet store, and two mattress stores across a vast area spanning Southern Oregon, Northern California, and parts of the Oregon Coast. They contacted us with the challenge of upgrading their warehouse facilities to accommodate growing volumes and improve efficiency.
“When we first started, we didn’t have any racks. By the third year, we started with a 10,000 sq. ft. warehouse. Now, we’re managing 47,000 sq. ft. of racking space, supporting multiple locations,” said Derek Patterson, Director of Operations at Garrison’s.
