Punched Deck: Heavy-Duty Warehouse Rack Decking
Punched deck shelving is a steel pallet shelving that uses galvanized steel panels with evenly spaced perforations. These punched openings provide 50% open surface area, ensuring better airflow, drainage, and visibility—all while meeting NFPA 13 fire and sprinkler codes.
Engineered for durability and strength, ProDeck50® is the industry’s first flat, snag-free punched decking, with a load capacity of up to 250 lbs. per square foot (UDL). It’s stronger than wire mesh, safer for hand-stacking, and resistant to corrosion, impact, and dust buildup.
